As we all known Guangzhou, China is the industry base of vehicle lighting, such as vehicle halogen headlights, vehicle LED headlight and vehicle small LED light. No matter in terms of raw material, technology and labor, Guangzhou is in the leading position around China.

MIC Brazil clients major products are vehicle LED headlight. Based on MIC’s negotiation and customer relationship maintaining, Brazil clients have cooperated with this LED headlight manufacture well in 2016, about 1 million USD.

In order to promise the cooperation successful as 2016, MIC visited the LED headlight manufacture in 2017/3/6.

Because of a well extending of business in 2016, LED headlight manufacture increased his producing scale, from 2 floors to 4 floors, from 100 employees to 250 employees. MIC had to emphasize that, based on MIC requirements, the LED headlights manufacture set up a VIP producing line for MIC brazil clients, which can make sure MIC brazil clients products have the priority to be be produced.

Meanwhile, MIC required the vehicle LED headlight manufacture to prepare package material well after each order. According to MIC analysis, Package material preparation occupies over 30% time during the whole order time. Because all package need to be ordered with another printing manufacture by cooperation manufacture. So they have a bad control of the printing process, which always make it delayed. With the measure from MIC, the delay of package part reduced to 5%, which is 64% previously from this manufacture.

Besides measures for quality above, MIC pay attention to the payment.

In 2016, LED headlight manufacture required 30% deposit and 70% before loading. As MIC quantity get larger, MIC negotiated with them to make it 20% deposit, 50% before loading and 30% before bill of loading. As a result, MIC purchase quantity became larger because of enough current flow.

MIC except to build up a larger cooperation between Brazil clients and LED headlight manufacture, 10 40" containers in 2017.
