Search, screening and identify qualified product and suppliers so as to match importers sourcing requirement or order statement.

Sample Checking​

With the agreement and on behalf of importers, purchase and test specified product to work out sample checking report, or ask for regular sample checking report of common product form supplier.

​Exception Disposal​

Although all our inquiry is clear enough, there still a big amount of order will have error.
MIC will assist overseas buyers to solve these error and let overseas buyers have a successful import from China.

Supplier Visit

Arrange visit on supplier’s office, factory, warehouse( if available) regarding to importer's requirement, and summit paper report with assessment of company scale, factory facilities, production line, production technique, product quality, etc.

Business Negotiation​

​Carry out business contacts with all target suppliers regarding to the sourcing product to confirm product details, contact price, order fulfillment, payment methods, etc.

Financial Trusteeship of Order​

To prevent any production delay and asset loss caused by international money transfer, MIC provides trust management of order payment. With the agreement and on behalf of importers, MIC manage order money for importers and make payment to suppliers according to the order process.

Order Management

Take over the task of order management as soon as importers  place an order or make deposit payment. Duty of order management includes but not limited to: order tracking, production monitoring, quality control, exception disposal, custom clearance, shipment arrangement.
